Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar has issued a statement after submitting his resignation to the Prime Minister. He has resigned in the interest of the country, the nation, and the party.

Usman Bazdar said that I am and will remain a soldier of Prime Minister Imran Khan, there is a party, if there is a Prime Minister Imran Khan then everything else will remain. The Prime Minister is my leader, I will respond to his every order. I will stand by and stand by, not aspiring for the post, I will always support the Prime Minister.


Usman Bazdar further said that ministries are something to come, the real thing is a commitment of the party to the people.


It may be recalled that Usman Bazdar had resigned as the Chief Minister yesterday. On the other hand, Minister of State Farrukh Habib said that the opposition was so surprised that they did not understand anything. The allies were with us and will stay with us.

According to the statement, in a meeting with the Prime Minister, Pervez Elahi said that PML-Q as an ally will fully cooperate with him, as an ally will serve the people together. Bazaar has resigned, I nominate you as the Chief Minister of Punjab on behalf of my party, I congratulate you. According to the statement, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for nominating him as the Chief Minister of Punjab and said that he would fulfill his trust, God willing.

Earlier on Monday, a no-confidence motion was also filed by the united opposition against Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar.
